There are many cases when the windows stores refuses to open or function correctly even when your pc is connected to a good internet connection. It might show a message like : “Windows Could Not Reach The Store. Please Check Your Connectivity” or a message similar to this. Also, it might misbehave such as:- automatically sign out from your account or downloading paused forever.
To repair this, there’s just a simple step – Erase All the temporary files and reset the windows store. Here’s how we can do that:-
1. To delete temporary files:
Press Windows+R to open the Run Window and type “%temp%” without commas and hit enter. A window will open with the temporary files. Select all and press Shif+Delete and hit enter.
2. Next, open cmd with administrator rights(Open Start in W10, type cmd, right click and select Run as administrator) , and type “wsreset” without commas and hit enter. Your store might probably open in the background. It will take sometime and BOOM! It should work fine now!
