The biggest news this week was the official naming of the next Android version 7.0.
Android ‘Nougat’ is the name of Android 7.0 previously known as Android N.
Unlike the previous Android version names like KitKat, Lollipop, Marshmallow etc., that have been more than successful, Nougat fails to do the same as people around the world were rooting for various different names like Nutmeg, Nutella etc.
I was personally rooting for Nutella but it doesn’t matter now, does it?
Now let’s see what exactly Nougat is.
Nougat – It is a family of confections made from sugar or honey, roasted nuts, egg whites. Nougat is kind of chewy and is used in a variety of candy bars.
So how do you feel about the new name? Is it the perfect name for Android N or not? Feel free to tell us how you feel about the new Android Name in the comments section.
We look forward to hearing what you have to say.
